Placing Wholesale Orders

If you have already been approved as an authorized Picnic Time dealer (which is why you’re seeing this page most probably), then you can now place orders directly on our website!  It’s simple, quick, and accurate.  (If you’re looking to dropship, you can select that option upon checkout as well).

If you’d prefer to submit orders via email, please send them to picnictime@picnictime.com. If your message does not contain an actual new order, we kindly ask you send all non-order emails to info@picnictime.com. Order status, product inquiries, and general questions should be directed to the info@picnictime.com email address for a faster response.

Updates: All files available on our digital assets website are synchronized with Picnic Time’s internal network so the latest copies are always available.

Easy file management: The user interface has file browsing, search, and zip download. Documents can be viewed directly in the browser.

Major League Baseball MLB updated their policy for Online Distribution and Marketing for MLBP-Licensed Products, as such, we can only provide this information to online retailers who have been approved by the MLB. As of July 1st, 2016, the MLBP will no longer allow any MLBP-licensed items to be sold via third-party sellers, or on any marketplace websites. In order for Picnic Time to continue providing your company with MLBP-licensed products after June 30, 2016 (the MLB deadline), you will need to be an Approved Online Retailer by MLBP. After June 30th, if your company is not an Approved Online Retailer, the MLB will prohibit Picnic Time from delivering on your behalf to your customer. Any retailer interested in selling MLBP-licensed products may apply to be an Approved Online Retailer by filling out an application and submitting to directly to the MLB. You may request a copy from the MLBP by emailing onlineretailapp@mlb.com.
